ALO are recruiting on behalf of a national repairs and maintenance contractor who are in need of an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade to join their busy maintenance team, delivering reactive maintenance services across Birmingham and the Midlands region.

About the Role:

As a Social Housing Carpenter Multi Trade you will be working in tenanted properties delivering day to day repairs covering Carpentry with aspects of Painting and Decorating, tiling, plastering and plumbing.

The successful candidate will have a Level 2 City & Guilds in Carpentry and previous experience in social housing maintenance.

In addition, the successful candidate will have experience in delivering exceptional customer service to tenants whilst maintaining a high standard in health and safety.

Candidates should be aware that this role is subject to a DBS check and previous employment references.

Role Criteria:

• Core Trade in Carpentry
• Experience in other trades such as Painting and Decorating, Tiling, Plastering and Plumbing.
• Customer Service Focused
• Good Communication Skills
• UK full driving license

To drive a company vehicle, you must be aged over 21 and have held your licence for over 12 months and have less than 6 points.
