ALO are recruiting on behalf of a national repairs and maintenance contractor who are in need of an experienced Plasterer to join their busy maintenance team, delivering reactive maintenance services across Birmingham and the Midlands region.

About the Role:

As a Social Housing Plasterer you will be working in tenanted properties delivering day to day repairs covering all aspects of Plastering.

The successful candidate will have a Level 2 City & Guilds in Plastering and previous experience in social housing maintenance.

In addition, the successful candidate will have experience in delivering exceptional customer service to tenants whilst maintaining a high standard in health and safety.

Candidates should be aware that this role is subject to a DBS check and previous employment references.

Role Criteria:

• Core Trade in Plastering
• Experience in other trades such as carpentry desirable but not essential.
• Customer Service Focused
• Good Communication Skills
• UK full driving license

To drive a company vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 12 months and have less than 6 points.
