ALO are recruiting on behalf of a national repairs and maintenance contractor who are in need of an experienced Multi Trade Operatives to join their busy maintenance team, delivering reactive maintenance services across Merseyside.

About the Role:

As a Social Housing Multi Trade you will be working in tenanted properties delivering day to day repairs covering a range of trades including joinery, plumbing, painting and decorating, tiling, plastering. 

The successful candidate will have a Level 2 City & Guilds in main trade and previous experience in social housing maintenance.

In addition, the successful candidate will have experience in delivering exceptional customer service to tenants whilst maintaining a high standard in health and safety.

Candidates should be aware that this role is subject to a DBS check and previous employment references.

Role Criteria:

• Core Trade in base trade
• Experience in other trades such as Painting and Decorating, Tiling, Plastering and Plumbing.
• Customer Service Focused
• Good Communication Skills
• UK full driving license

To drive a company vehicle, you must be aged over 21 and have held your licence for over 12 months and have less than 6 points.
